TV Tuesday ~ AMC's - "The Killing"

Any fans of AMC's "The Killing?"  Yessss... I'm about a month late.  The season, and possibly series finale was in mid June.  And, as far as I know, it's till undecided as to whether or not the show will return.
Were you shocked when the murderer(s) of Rosie Larsen was revealed?  Do you think the 2 seasons spent waiting on this revelation were worth it?  Even though I was always notoriously behind in my watching of the show, I loved it, and was  genuinely surprised at the ending, which  threw me for a loop!   The aunt was the actual killer.  Jaimie might have put everything in play, but the aunt, albeit unknowingly at the time, caused her death.
There'd been soooo many twists, turns and finger pointing, that I no longer knew what to think.  Everyone was a suspect.  Early on, I'd been suspicious of Jaimie,  then a wrench was thrown in the mix, and it seemed someone else was guilty.  And I gotta be honest, towards the end, I thought the killer was probably Stan, the step-father.  In my morbidly dark mind, he was molesting, her, she was about to rat him out, so he silenced her.  How, or why did I think this?  Well, I figured Rosie wasn't his daughter because of the age differences between her and the boys.  (That's quite a stretch, right?)  She was said to have hated her parents.  I'm thinking she hated him because of the molestation, and her mother for possibly knowing, and keeping mum about it.  And Stan's prowling the house at night, standing outside the  bedroom where the aunt slept, as though obsessed.  Mentally, I just saw him doing the same with Rosie.
How wrong I was, I admit it.  Stan was grief stricken and lonely, no more.  For all the plot twists, and innuendo, what it all boiled down to was, - poor Rosie was simply in the wrong place, wrong time, and the wrong people saw her.  Who did you think killed Rosie?  Why?  Do you want to return?.
