Eating Your Way to Good Health~1 Recipe at a Time: Bourbon-Pecan Tart w/Chocolate Drizzle

When, not if I make this, I'm sure to go directly to Hell, - no passing Go.  It's looks/sounds just that sinful!

Bourbon-Pecan Tart w/Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients:
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
2/3 cup pecan halves
1/2 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crust, like Pillsbury.  (I use deep-dish pie crusts.)
1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350*  Combine first 10 ingredients, stirring with a whisk.  Stir in pecans.  Put sugar mixture in  prepared pie crust.  (At this point, you might have to roll out your crust). Bake @350* for 45 minutes, or until center is set.  Cool completely.
Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl, and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.  Stir till smooth.  Drizzle chocolate over tart.
