I'm a single, older mom with an alleged adult (?) son. I use the term loosely, because sometimes I do wonder. I always say "I'm working my way towards retirement". So, picture me as a desert nomad, consumed with thirst, crawling, making my way across the hot, scorching terrain (my job), headed to retirement (my oasis) which is there, but which somehow remains out of reach.
I've always been drawn to the simpler, quieter, more sedentary activities. Translation: I LOVE TV, I LOVE the computer, I LOVE reading, I LOVE words games, especially Scrabble, I LOVE puzzles. Need I say more? Sound boring? It isn't!!
I literally fell into the blogging 'mystique' about 2 mths. ago, after attending a seminar with my sister. I was hooked, bedazzled, enthralled, totally intrigued! My blog ramblings are the result.
Please remember that just because I ramble, doesn't mean there's no validity in what I'm saying. With that being said, hope you'll keep an open mind, and return often!
